“The owner, Leo, runs one of the most honest small businesses I’ve ever worked with. My initial purchase included a few 1 oz silver rounds. After I got home and inspected them more closely, one of them looked suspicious to me. After doing a bit of internet research, I passed along some information to Leo, indicating the round may be silver plated. He immediately and without question offered to replace the round with a more expensive one.
