Jewelry Design
“A customer comes into our shop with a rough idea in their head. Perhaps with a drawing on a napkin, or with a clip out of a magazine, or maybe a link to a picture on a website. She sits with us for a few minutes where we discuss options. A day or so later, we email various designs to her.
She’ll then return to the shop and either make a few more changes or go ahead with one of the designs we created,” continues owner Elsa Salinas. “Folks like this back-and-forth approach. It insures they get exactly what they want. But what they most like is seeing their ring come to life on the computer screen.
This is not your typical jewelry store with counter after counter of expensive inventory. Instead you’ll see computer screens. The customer and I will design the ring together, right on the screen. We can make everything from simple solitaires to complex multi-stone arrangements with pave diamonds, like Halo designs. Pretty much anything the customer wants!”
